LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police arrested a man accused of shooting a woman after an argument in a Wendy's drive-thru.
Louisville Metro Police said Monjah James-Wooten, 25, is the man seen in surveillance pictures Jan. 6 at a Wendy's on Dixie Highway. Police said he got into an argument with the victim in the drive-thru before going into the restaurant. The groups then came outside, when the shooting started, police said.
As the victim, a woman in her 20s, left the building James-Wooten reportedly shot her. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Police say James-Wooten turned himself in and is charged with two counts of assault.
