LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who can be seen on video throwing a dog in the air.
According to police, surveillance footage captured Aug. 6 shows a man in the 1500 block of Berry Boulevard throwing a puppy in the air by its scruff.
The puppy landed on concrete and was injured. A man then came across the puppy and took care of it.
