LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville woman accused of running over and dragging a police officer with a car appeared in court Wednesday morning -- and she had some things to say about her alleged accomplice.

Court officials say Taira Litsey said the man arrested with her -- 28-year-old Logan Lamb -- had nothing to do with it. The 31-year-old appeared in both circuit and district courts this morning. A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf on charges from over the weekend.

Lamb was also in court today and pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest and assault.

Litsey was out on bond Sunday when investigators tried to arrest her at a gas station off KY 44 West, in Shepherdsville. That's when police say she ran over an officer's leg with a car that she later admitted was stolen.

That officer is expected to make a full recovery.

Kentucky State Police caught up with her Tuesday in Louisville.

Litsey was wanted on four previous warrants. Back in March, LMPD says she used a car to try to run over her ex-boyfriend and another man. Her criminal history includes previous charges for burglary, escape and various drug offenses.

Litsey is being held on $50,000 bond. She's due back in court next week.
