LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was shot and killed in the Russell neighborhood on Saturday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis said police responded to a shooting near 18th and Jefferson streets around 10 a.m. When police arrived, they found a man who had been shot inside a home.
The man, whose identity hasn't been released, died at the scene.Â
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting, but there aren't any known suspects.
