LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon in Louisville's Chickasaw neighborhood.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded around noon to the 3600 block of Garland Avenue to find a man inside a home in the area suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers attempted life-saving measures on the man until EMS took over, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but police said all parties have been accounted for.
