LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was taken to the hospital after being shot in the arm on Sunday morning in the Portland neighborhood, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a shooting in the 2900 block of Garfield Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Police found a man who had been shot in the arm.
He was taken to University Hospital with what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, according to Mitchell.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating the shooting, but there are no suspects.
