LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Mount Washington woman is facing attempted murder of a police officer charges.
18-year-old Kenzie Vanarsdale was arrested by Mount Washington police Saturday morning, according to the booking log at the Bullitt County Detention Center.
Mount Washington police spokesman Sgt. Evan Brown declined to provide details about Vanarsdale’s arrest, but noted her charge of attempted murder. Brown said information might be released Tuesday. Brown said he was still looking over the arrest citation and didn’t want to provide incorrect information.
An arrest citation has not yet been made public.
Brown said an officer was okay, but didn’t elaborate on any injuries or what happened.
There are no court records yet for Vanarsdale’s arrest and an arraignment is not yet scheduled in Bullitt County.
