LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A pool company owner accused of fraud and theft is scheduled to go to trial in Southern Indiana early next year.
Tracy Davenport, owner of Davenport Extreme Pools and Spas, was indicted earlier this month in Bullitt County.Â
Davenport is accused of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from several customers on both sides of the river. Prosecutors in Indiana said Davenport and her husband Matt Davenport, may have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from several customers. The Davenports face criminal charges in Floyd and Clark Counties in southern Indiana.
The Clark County Prosecutor filed a motion to revoke the bond for Tracy Davenport in three of her Clark County cases. The judge hasn't ruled on that yet.
Earlier this month, she was also arrested in New Jersey over drug charges.
Davenport is scheduled to go to trial for the Clark County cases in January and February.Â
