LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a car in Pleasure Ridge Park Thursday.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a car in the area of Fluhr Lane and Upper Hunter's Trace a little before 4 p.m., LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said.
Bradley said the car that hit the pedestrian fled the scene. The pedestrian was transported to UofL Hospital with critical injuries, Bradley said.
Upper Hunter's Trace was closed for a time, but reopened a little before 7 p.m., MetroSafe said.
