LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was found dead in his Shelbyville home, and police are investigating his death as a homicide.
Deputies with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office responded to a call around 5:10 p.m. Wednesday about a person that had been found unresponsive in the Spring Oaks Estates neighborhood, the department said in a release.
When deputies arrived, they found a man inside his residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Shelby County Coroner, Jeff Ivers.
The man was identified Friday as 58-year-old Tim Ethington. No information has been released about how Ethington died, but it was a homicide.
Police said no arrests have been made, as they continue to investigate.
