LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police is asking for help identifying a man possibly involved in a June 29 shooting in south Louisville that left two men injured.
According to LMPD, officers were first called just before 10:30 p.m. that night to the 8800 block of South Third Street Road on reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the parking lot outside a business. He was taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Â
Minutes later, officers found a second man shot close by, near the intersection of New Cut Road and South Third Street Road. That man was also taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe the incidents are connected.
In a social media post Tuesday, LMPD provided the image of a man seen running from the store where the first man was found shot outside of. Police believe he could have been involved.
