LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana deputy took a bathroom break and ended up arresting an employee of a local business.
The Jennings County Sheriff's Office said 64-year-old David Collett of North Vernon worked at the business, which it did not identify.
The deputy found a meth pipe still smoking in the restroom on Tuesday. Collett admitted to smoking the pipe and leaving it when he heard a customer come in.
Police said Collett was on parole and he was smoking meth because his agent was on vacation.
