LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A teenager was shot on Algonquin Parkway in west Louisville on Sunday evening.
John Bradley, spokesperson for LMPD, said officers were called to the 2700 block of Algonquin Parkway just past 11:20 p.m. on Sunday.
When they arrived, they found a teenage male that was suffering from a gunshot wound.
EMS transported him to UofL Hospital and he is expected to survive, according to Bradley.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is handling the investigation. There are no suspects yet.
