LOUISVILLE, Ky.  (WDRB) -- A busy ramp in downtown Louisville reopens, after a semi overturned early Monday morning in Spaghetti Junction. 

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the ramp from Interstate 64 westbound to Interstate 65 southbound is now open. It took almost four hours to clear the accident. MetroSafe says the semi lost control just after 9:30 a.m.  

No injuries were reported.
