LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Kentucky state representative drafted a bill that says students can only use bathrooms designated for their "biological sex."

Rep. Bill Wesley from Estill County introduced the proposal. It says students born male can only use bathrooms, locker rooms and showers designated to the male sex.

The same applies to females.

The bill draft was filed with an emergency tag. That means if passed, it takes effect immediately.
