(GRAY NEWS) — Fireworks sold nationwide are being recalled for risk of explosion and burn hazards.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), a recall was issued Thursday on two products from Winco Fireworks International. 

Those include:

Roman Candles 8 Shot 3-Pack Firework Devices

Model number RCLR-W8012

Sold in colors red, white and blue with a label that has the word “hometown” written on it with American flags in the background

Size: 21 inches by 1 inch by 3.5 inches

Sold at Pyro City stores and various firework stores nationwide from April 2026 through June 2026 for between $17 and $19

Unity 7 Shot 200 Gram Aerial Cake Firework Devices

Model number MEF6096

Sold in colors red, white and blue with a label that has the word “unity” written on it with American flags in the background

Size: 2.9 inches by 2.9 inches by 3.9 inches

Sold at Pyro City stores and other independent firework stores nationwide from January 2026 through May 2026 for between $6 and $8

The CPSC said the Roman candles can malfunction. That includes shots potentially blowing out the side of the tube, posing a risk of serious injury from explosion and burn hazards.

The aerial cake fireworks can tip over, posing a risk of serious injury from explosion and burn hazards.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.

In total, about 100,000 fireworks are being recalled.

If you have any of these recalled fireworks, do not use them. You can bring them back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
