LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The 2020 Forecastle Festival, scheduled to take place at Waterfront Park from July 17-19, has been canceled.
The festival, which was to be headlined by Jack Johnson, Cage the Elephant, and The 1975, is yet another fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those who have purchased tickets will receive an email with instructions on an automatic refund.
"It is very disappointing, but I certainly understand their reason and rationale," said Karen Williams, president and CEO of the Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Forecastle organizers said Thursday that, "the health and safety of our fans, artists, staff and community are always our number one priority."
It's a more than $4 million economic blow to the city.
Forecastle plans to return to Louisville next year.
