LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The two men named in a lawsuit over a missing Indiana University student say they're not responsible for her disappearance.

Lauren Spierer's parents sued former IU students Jason Rosenbaum and Corey Rossman in June. The Spierers claim the two young men had a responsibility to take care of Lauren after her night of partying with friends.

But in new court documents, attorneys for the two men say they were not at all responsible for Lauren. They point blame at Spierer and the bar where she was seen drinking hours before her disappearance.

The bar is not part of the lawsuit.
