LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Clarksville, Indiana's Green Tree Mall is being sold. The Macerich Company announced the sale on Monday.
It's also selling an office complex in the Redmond Town Center in Redmond, Wash., along with three malls that are expected to close in June.
The company expects to receive about $470 million from the sales.
