Greg Galiette, president of the Louisville Bats, said the open concept of the park's concourse gives fans the feeling of a "street fair," lending itself to a casual atmosphere to catch a game.
"This ballpark is small enough where the atmosphere each and every night is special," he said. "It's big enough to accommodate big crowds. And it's just got that atmosphere that you want every ballpark to have."
Voting ends Friday night. To vote for Slugger Field, click here.
"We want to get the word out and have everybody in the community step up and vote for Louisville Slugger Field as the top triple-A ballpark in all of America," Galiette said.
