LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Batter up and trick or treat, a Louisville landmark is getting ready for Halloween.
Sunday was the third annual "Home Run Halloween" at the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory.
Every child who dressed up got into the party for free, and got a free orange mini bat.Â
The kids could go trick-or-treating through the museum to load up on candy. Some of the activities included gourmet bug eating s'mores, games and tons of prizes.
If you missed out on the fun this year, no need to worry.
"This is a keeper for us. Home Run Halloween is here to stay. It's a really fun way to get a jump start on the Halloween season," said Anne Jewell, museum executive director, said.
Sunday's guests also got to strike a pose with the "world's largest vampire stake," which stands at over eight feet tall.
