LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman charged with murdering a patient at a Louisville rehab facility is due in court today after she was order to undergo a competency exam earlier this year.

Angela Hensley is accused of strangling a patient to death at Praxis of Louisville by Landmark Recovery in the Hazelwood neighborhood on Feb. 9. Hensley, a patient at Praxis, reportedly told detectives she strangled 48-year-old Holly Knight after Knight told her she wanted to die.

"She said she wanted to die, so I killed her," Hensley told Louisville Metro Police detectives, according to the arrest citation.

Hensley, a veteran, was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation in February to determine if she is competent to stand trial.

She is expected in court for a pretrial conference at 2:15 p.m.
