LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was injured Friday night after a crash involving an SUV and construction truck on Interstate 71 North in Louisville.

Louisville Metro Police said officers responded to the crash just north of Zorn Avenue around 8:55 p.m.

A man was taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said no one else was injured.

All lanes in the area were blocked while police responded to the crash. The right lane has since reopened.

This was the second crash on I-71 North Friday evening.

A woman was critically injured in a rollover crash near Frankfort Avenue around 5:51 p.m. Police said she lost control of her car before it flipped over the guardrail. No one else was in the car.
