LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Meade County School District has sold the old Muldraugh and Battletown elementary school campuses for more than $250,000 in an online auction. Both schools closed last year.
The city of Muldraugh purchased Muldraugh Elementary and plans to move City Hall and the police department there.
A buyer from Mississippi purchased Battletown. His plans are unclear.
Local and state leaders must approve the purchase of both properties before it can become final.
