LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A memorial fund has been set up to help a murder victim's family.
53-year-old Daniel Higgins was found shot early Friday morning on Garland Avenue near 28th Street.
Higgins was found in a gravel lot near Brandeis Elementary. He was taken to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The murder victim's brother, John Higgins, says this is his second sibling to be killed. The family cannot afford to bury him. It has set up the Daniel Higgins Memorial Fund.
