LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Scott County, Indiana, prosecutor won't pursue charges after an incident between a Scott County jailer and an elected county official.
The elected official hasn't been named but prosecutors said he called Indiana State Police in February reporting that a jailer in Scott County had threatened him.
Prosecutors released a video showing the interaction in the front lobby of the county's 911 center but it doesn't have audio.
ISP investigated and the prosecutor's office decided it won't be filing any criminal charges.
The situation comes as a lawsuit plays out involving the Scott County Sheriff's Office and the Scott County Council over budget disputes.
