LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) --Â A big downtown office building is up for auction.
The old Bank of Louisville building at the corner of 5th Street and Broadway is almost completely empty.Â
The 11-story building dates to the 1960s. It was sold in foreclosure three years ago for $1.5 million. Now the investors want to sell it -- and they've set no minimum price.
The auction is in late September.
