LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested and charged in connection to a shooting that left four people injured at a Louisville lounge.
Louisville Metro Police said Ezekiel C. Dean, 32, of Louisville, was arrested Monday and charged with assault for the Jan. 4 shooting at Lenny's Lounge, 3700 Klondike Lane, in the city's Klondike neighborhood.
Police responded to Lenny's Lounge in the 3700 block of Klondike Lane at 5:32 a.m. on a reported shooting.
Police said there was a chaotic scene and two young adults had been shot.
According to police, two more victims were self-transported to local hospitals but rerouted to UofL Hospital. The victims included three young adults, ages 18 to 21 and a 17-year-old.
Police said one of the victims is in critical condition.
Dean is charged with assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
