LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Police are investigating after a body was found in the Beechmont neighborhood early Monday.
In a release. LMPD said Fourth Division officers were called to South Third Street near Amherst Avenue about 6:40 a.m.
When officers arrived they found a body behind a building. The exact cause of death wasn't immediately apparent.
The Homicide Unit opened a death investigation.
