LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- 30 years after an inmate at the Indiana state prison was killed, a southern Indiana man is arrested for the crime.

Federal Marshals in Louisiana arrested Paul Stucker, 50, from Scottsburg, Indiana.

Stucker was held at the state prison in Michigan City when Johnny Hodge was killed in his cell in 1983. Hodge was serving a life sentence for two murders.

An online database doesn't say why Stucker was in prison, but it does list four burglary charges since then.

He's still behind bars in Louisiana awaiting extradition to Indiana.
