LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A NuLu distillery no longer wants to build a second location in Henry County.
Rabbit Hole Spirits just opened before Derby on East Jefferson Street in Louisville.
The owner was interested in building a second location in Henry County, but pulled his permit application Monday night during a public meeting, after a lot of push back from the community.
Several neighbors said they were worried about their health from so-called "whiskey mold" on their homes and in the air.
