LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Shelbyville are looking for an infant child and her mother, who is wanted on five active bench warrants, including abuse or neglect of a child.
The Shelbyville Police Department said Monday that Shatessa Manica, 36, and her daughter, Serenity, may be in the company of Antonio Turner, who police said may also go by "Dynamite of Louisville, Kentucky." Turner also has an active warrant for his arrest.
Manica has failed to provide medical treatment for Serenity, police said. Her charges include:
- Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)
- Abuse or neglect of a child
- Theft of identity of another without consent
Police don't have a vehicle description right now. They said Manica is known to travel between Shelbyville and Louisville to stay with friends.
