LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Pride Month was celebrated in southern Indiana Saturday.

The seventh annual Southern Indiana Pride Festival was held at the Big Four Station in Jeffersonville. Organizers said the goal of the event was to celebrate diversity and the LGBTQ community.

There were more than 50 vendors, live entertainment and performances.

"Pride Month is all about just bringing people together, whether you're straight, gay, whatever," said Chris Pendleton, a vendor at the event. "It is all about the love."

Kentuckiana Pride in Louisville is June 21 at the Big Four Bridge Lawn at Waterfront Park.
