LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Silver Alert was declared Thursday for a missing 16-year-old girl from Scottsburg, Indiana.
According to Indiana State Police, Jazlynn Young was last seen at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5.
She's described as 4 foot, 11 inches and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing black sweatshirt, white shirt, black sweatpants and white Nike Air Force One shoes.
Police believe she's in extreme danger and might require medical assistance.
