Louisville Metro Police said that its Missing Persons Unit said Tiara Manica was found Tuesday night and is safe. No additional information was released. 

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police are asking for help finding a missing teen they said could be in danger.  

Louisville Metro Police issued an Operation Return Home alert for Tiara Manica, 15, who was last seen Monday on Garden Green Way, which is in the Newburg neighborhood. 

Police describe Tiara as being 5-feet-6-inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing dark clothing. She may be in the Newburg area. 

Tiara's family is said to have "serious concerns for her mental health."
