LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Independence Day celebration in Pekin, Indiana, is billed as the oldest, continuous Fourth of July celebration in the country.

There were no fireworks for the celebration's 190th year, but there was still a parade.

WDRB Photojournalist Stuart Hammer captured how the COVID-19 pandemic didn't stop the small Indiana town from enjoying America's birthday.
