Former LMPD officer convicted of lying about cases arrested

Former Louisville police Detective John Green, who was sentenced to probation in 2023 for knowingly giving false testimony against two people, violated his probation after getting convicted in January for soliciting prostitution.

Earlier this month, John Green was ordered to serve sixty days on home incarceration, undergo mental health treatment and pay $1,000 to Kentucky's Victim Compensation fund for violating his probation.
