Semitruck dangles from Interstate 65 ramp after crash near Louisville
A terrifying scene unfolded Tuesday morning as the cab of a tractor-trailer dangled from an overpass above Interstate 65 after a crash that shut down I-65, two busy ramps and made a mess morning commuters.

The scene was eerily similar to what happened on the 2nd Street Bridge on March 1 of this year when a semi driver was trapped in the cab of her rig as it dangled over the Ohio River.
