Student says crosswalk unsafe after Sellersburg teen got hit by impaired driver
A 15-year-old Silver Creek High School student was hit using the crosswalk in front of the middle school.

Police said Thursday the driver, David Jeremy Via, was impaired and under the influence of drugs.
