LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) --Â A battalion chief for Zoneton Fire Protection District is hospitalized due to complications from COVID-19.
Major Garry Key, the longest-serving members of the fire station in Shepherdsville, is on a ventilator after being hospitalized Jan. 13.
Key has been with the department for 35 years.
Zoneton's chief, Rob Orkies, died last month after battling cancer and COVID-19.
