Nick Houck charged with perjury 1 year after his brother was convicted in Crystal Rogers' murder

Nick Houck, the brother of Brooks Houck, who convicted and sentenced to life in prison murder of Crystal Rogers, was arrested Thursday charged with perjury, Kentucky State Police said.
