Norton Healthcare said at least 2.5 million people will soon receive letters in the mail informing them they were impacted by a cyber attack in May that exposed a wide array of sensitive information.
The suit was filed Dec. 14 on behalf of those who are or were patients or were affiliated with Norton.
The nonprofit health care giant is offering two years of identity monitoring services to those receiving the letters.
