A gunman killed five bank workers in downtown Louisville Monday morning before police shot and killed him.
In one of several 911 calls released by the city Wednesday, Sturgeon’s mother, who name was edited out, frantically told a dispatcher that her son “has never hurt anyone; he’s a really good kid” and that he “didn’t even own a gun.”
“Mental health texts” sent to his girlfriend were recovered from Connor Sturgeon’s phone and a “note or manifesto” was found in his home.
