Pedestrian hit and killed near 4th and Winkler
Police say the man was reportedly hanging onto a car driving down 4th Street.

In an update Friday morning, police said that driver of the vehicle the man was hanging out of was not responsible for his death after initially saying he "swerved into oncoming traffic intentionally."
