Robert Risen was arrested by officers with the Shively Police Department on the afternoon of Monday, Sept. 19, 2022. According to court documents, on Aug. 30, 2022, he ran a red light while fleeing from an attempted traffic stop, causing a crash that left several people with serious permanent injuries.
