La Familia and The Ville will bring more than 10,000 people to Louisville's historic arena in the quarterfinals of The Basketball Tournament.
On Thursday, TBT organizers confirmed the tournament will return to Louisville for a third season in July.
Smith was arrested in June in the Highlands after making an illegal U-turn and driving with expired license plates.
