NICU nurse Melanie Keefe has taken these photos for several years. Current and former NICU nurses purchased outfits, donated funds and even crocheted some of the items. Infants posed with Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and even the Grinch, whose heart surely grew three sizes after spending the afternoon with some of life’s greatest gifts.
