Authorities have identified one of the victims killed in a shooting in Old Louisville earlier this week.
Officers were called to the 3900 block of Miami Avenue around 10:15 a.m. on a report of "persons down."
The robbery happened around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 12 at Feeders Supply in the 5600 block of Preston Highway.
Officers were called to UofL Hospital just after 5:30 a.m. on a report that a man was brought to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Louisville Metro Police officials were called to East Bloom and Floyd streets around 12:30 a.m. to find a 24-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Garland Avenue just before 10 p.m.
According to LMPD spokesman Adam Sears, officers were called around 6:30 a.m. to the area of Brook and Gray streets, near the hospitals.
LMPD Chief Paul Humphrey also addressed ongoing concerns about property crime, including vehicle break-ins and burglaries, noting that no neighborhood is immune.
A man was stabbed to death in Pleasure Ridge Park early Sunday morning.
The search is on for 39-year-old Shoshanha Jones.
