Blake Coombs pleaded guilty to reckless homicide, and was sentenced to 16 years. 

Blake Coombs also faces two counts of resisting law enforcement causing death in the January crash, police said.

Brian James, the father of 19-year-old Brooklyn James, was arrested over the weekend.
