Over the weekend, the flooding hit its third-highest level in recorded history near the White River. 

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday afternoon.

Indiana State Police said Officer Michael Weiler was providing traffic control for a maintenance crew in Jackson County when a semi collided with his car on I-65 Friday morning. 

Police said that when a deputy tried to take the suspect into custody, he "fled and jumped into the White River."
